baby backpack carrier target image

I want to get a sling with my current (3rd) baby when he's born. I tried the backpack-front pack (whatever it's called, lol) with my second child, and he was a big baby and was just too heavy--my back hurt every time I carried him in it. Does anyone know of a good sling? With my first (and second) we had the whole "travel system" (where the infant car seat straps into either the stroller or the carseat base in the car) and with this one, we bought just a regular infant car seat. I'm wondering what would be the best way to carry him when we go out, and a sling seems to make the most sense. Has anyone used one? I bought one at Target a few weeks ago and I hated it. I just could NOT get it adjusted properly, the strap seemed too short, etc. I realized after I'd taken it back that it probably didn't fit properly because I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my stomach was in the way, hah! Seriously though--even when my stomach is gone, I imagine it would still be hard to adjust the strap length, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good sling (or other way of carrying the baby!)?
Answer
The Hotslings and Moby wraps are both great slings. they are very natural looking and don't have a lot of straps to adjust (It's all fabric) Perfect for a tiny baby. But it doesn't make the baby any lighter. I only used my sling for the first 2 months and then put him in the front carrier before he could sit up. He was 20 lbs. but it was easier than carrying around the infant seat everywhere.
