I had rented a hospital grade breastpump with my first baby and would like to either buy or rent one again which ever is cheaper, I have 36DD breasts now and Im sure they will be bigger when I breastfeed so does anyone have any suggestions on an everyday use pump, Im really stumped on this!

I love it. You can buy different size breastshields if the ones that come with the pump don't fit correctly. I have 36D breasts (up to an E when I was engorged) and I didn't have issues with the breastshields that come with the pump.
If you plan on pumping for a while ... purchasing a breast pump is a better deal than renting one. I bought mine at Babies R Us with a 20% off coupon and my insurance company has a $50 reimbursement deal for breast pumps that are purchased.

So many to choose one.. how do I decide on the right one? I need one that can accommodate a newborn for nursing and hopefully I'll be able to use it as the baby grows. What type works best for you? Thanks!
PS.. I'm not looking for the "backpack" type. We have a structured one that we used for our eldest when he was big enough.

It's just like diapers. You may think a certain one is best, but ultimately the baby will decide.
There are many to choose from.
For moms, a lot like the Sling.
There are simple material ones you can buy, with adjustable clips.
There are also padded ones, but some babies get too hot in them.
Then there are backpack, shoulder bags, hips bags.
Babies R Us has a nice selection of the slings. Most babies don't have a problem with them.
I would buy both, a plain material one and a padded one. They aren't too expensive either.
