How exactly can I tone up without any dumbells? I do have a stretch cord-?

Hello,

I am 23. I just had my second child 5 months ago and have already lost a pretty nice chunk of weight. It's time to tone it up!

5'3 140 lbs ----> target weight: 125 lbs

I'm aiming for an all around workout, but specifically looking for these areas:

â¢I need to know what exercises will get rid of my arm flab, tighten and tone.
â¢I would like to know the best exercises for nice, firm (butt)cheeks.
â¢Exercises to tighten and tone my stomach

I've been avoiding trying to lose anymore weight. Because I'm afraid if I do, I'm going to have loose skin. So it's really time to gear it up. If you could help me map out a weekly challenge that would be awesome. Thank you ahead for sharing your thoughts and comments.

Use your body for resistance. I just saw a water bottle workout in a woman's magazine. Online, there is a sand in a backpack workout. you make the backpack with sand yourself. For butt, while on hands and knees, kick back alternate legs (donkey kicks). Abs, hang from parallel bar at park while out with baby, bring up legs in front of you. Arms, hold water bottles, bend arms towards the back and straighten in back parallel to floor. Do sets of 15 each, three sets. Do push ups, you know, exercises from grade school and middle school. Walk with baby daily. Get Denise Austin's book from the library to learn numerous exercises to do at home throughout the day.

What should I wear to an interview for a waitressing position?

I have to ride my bike there and I don't know what to wear. It would be hard to ride a bike in dress clothes not to mention the fact I will be sweaty by the time I get there. Any suggestions? There is no where I can change.


Answer
Wear the smallest bike clothes you can. Like a tank top, sports bra, and spandex shorts.

Carry a backpack and have in it a sun dress or a elastic waist skirt and nice shirt. Take off the tank and throw the real clothes on over your sports bra and spandex. You can take off the spandex if they are going to show. Bring some nice ballerina flats to throw on in place of your bike shoes.

Bring a baby wipe and wipe down if you are sweaty. Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the interview to cool down, wipe off, and change. If the restaurant is by a mall or large retailer (like target), you can lock your bike up there, go inside to change and cooldown, and then walk over to the restaurant.
