I WILL BE SELLING HANDMADE ITEMS LIKE BURP CLOTHS, BACKPACKS, MONOGRAMMED ITEMS, SOAP, JEWELRY, TOYS, PILLOWCASE DRESSES, HEADBANDS, MEMORY PAINT CANS, BIBS, EXC....SOME CUTE NAMES ALREADY TAKEN ARE BULLFROGS AND BUTTERFLIES, A PEA IN A POD, SWEET PEAS AND BABY CARROTS. I WANT A REALLY CUTE NAME. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS!
I think it would be cute to have "Little Dimples and" or "Chubby Cheeks and" in the name. I need something that rhymes.

Is it cute or just a tad snobbish to have your child's initials monogrammed on every single thing they own?

My sister in law gave me a huge basket of her son's clothing (totally appreciated and I'm not ungrateful) and every single item of clothing has his initials monogrammed either on the collar, if the shirt has one, or on the nape of the neck part of the shirt, also all of the pants and shorts have his initials monogrammed on the pockets. I am glad to have them, accept ACH is not my son's initials, lol and I had someone ask me what brand they are. She does not have a monogramming machine, btw... she sent them out to be done. Not only his clothes, his backpacks, old bibs, burp rags, even socks are monogrammed. So... Snobbish? Impractical? Cute? Just wondering what the general view is on this subject.

He is an only adopted child with a nanny, so it has nothing to do with the fear of someone taking it, or him losing it.

Well, its a little impractical but I doubt she did it out of snobbishness. She's probably just a proud mommy. It's cute to a certain degree. A blanket or special outfit monogrammed here and there is cute, but monogrammed EVERYTHING is a little over the top...but hey, to each his own. Either way you got a bunch of free stuff and baby's clothes aren't cheap....especially since they grow out of it so fast. Enjoy using her stuff and don't worry too much!
