Recommended Messenger-Style Diaper Bags?

hollymccar

I'm due with our first baby, a boy, in late July and I'm shopping for a diaper bag. I didn't realize how hard of a decision this would be.

Any suggestions on what to or not to go for?

I know that I want a messenger style bag (and I'll probably also buy a backpack style later for trips to the zoo and such) that is of decent size because I'm definitely an over-packer. I would like to spend under 70 if possible.

Answer
Babies R Us has a great selection of bags in any style and color. If your husband is going to carry the bag around too, I would go for a simple black or tan one.

School bag help!?

imm boreee

I need a school bag for 8th grade. In 6th grade, they changed it to where we aren't aloud to have a baclkpack. So, i used this binder thing they recommended. It was ugly and hiteous! i got rid of it and bought a sporty styled gym bag. EW! what the heck was i thinking? i used that for the rest of the year. In 7th grade i used another sporty styled gym bag, except this one had the words "baby girl" writtnen all over it. EW again! then for christmas i got a tanish abercrombie bag. well, so did everybody else lol. then i bought a roxy toe. This year, i don't know if we are aloud to use a backpack or not because last yr, some kids used them anyway. I have a mini jansport plaid one. its really cute, but would never fit all my stuff in it. so should i carry my other papers and binders in my hand and put a pencil, cell phone ect, in the backpack? or would i get bored of that fast? Do u think i should get another tote bag? Or a real backpack and take a risk? I am so confused an need ur help!â¥

I will be traveling abroad with my husband & baby.
The bags I will have are :
2 backpacks for baby stuff and documents, cash etc
1 laptop bag
3 BIG boxes (to be checked in)
How do we move them around
>>from the parking lot,
>>in the airport between transits etc

My baby needs to be held, she will NOT be in a stroller.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks Leigh W .. but how about from the car(long term parking) to the terminal is quite a walk!! No carts there!

Answer
you can usally pull up to the curb at the airport then you can unload and then you or your husband can take the car out the parking while the other waits with the things

How big are roxy sugar baby bags?

Zita

I might buy a roxy sugar baby backpack (16 l) for year 8 but i don't know if it will be big enough. I don't know how much homework i will get as this is going to be my first year at an english school. I have always used a jansport backpack with wheels but i think that might be kind of weird. Is it? Which should i use? Or should i get a messenger bag?
